RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your product may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.

For returns to be accepted:

  1. Product must be in brand new condition

  2. Product must be unaltered and unused (bracelet cannot be sized, strap cannot be worn)

  3. Protective plastic still needs to be intact, if applicable

Returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If the product is found to be in any other condition other than the above, it will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

USA customers will be provided a prepaid return label from Nodus for returns. International customers will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been accepted by satisfying the requirements outlined above, a refund (less original shipping paid) will be promptly issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to be received.
