Established in 2017, Nodus Watches is a leading watch research and design company based in Los Angeles that specializes in producing durable, purpose-built watches and components. Through rigorous research and testing of cutting-edge technical solutions, Nodus Watches seamlessly blend form and function into efficient and innovative designs. Our global supply chain ends in Los Angeles, where each watch is assembled, regulated, and tested in our workshop before they are sent out into the world to serve their intended functions.
Three Pillars of Nodus
Short for Nodus Extension, NodeX™ is our research and design division. All R&D efforts from exploratory projects to focused development initiatives fall under the NodeX™ umbrella. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of watch manufacturing through research and testing, exploring new possibilities and creating cutting-edge solutions.
To date, we have collectively created solutions for crown tubes, bezel click mechanisms, crystal shapes, and of course, clasp extension mechanisms. All solutions that we develop are designed with our ethos of "efficient design” in mind.
WATCH RESEARCH
We believe that great design comes from shared inspiration and diverse perspectives. Design Lab invites designers, watchmakers, and the Nodus community to contribute to the creative process, exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of watch design and technology. It's where innovation meets collaboration, resulting in unique and compelling timepieces.
Design Lab is a collaborative platform for custom watch designs. Nodus' industry-leading manufacturing and watchmaking expertise allows for flexible and seamless execution of design concepts.
COLLABORATION
We created Intersect in 2021 in an effort to foster community. More than just a watch show, Intersect is a gathering place for collectors, creators, and industry professionals. We aim to connect individuals through a shared passion for horology, providing a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and the celebration of craftsmanship.
Intersect is now a joint venture between Nodus, Formex, and Jack Mason, hosting multiple events annually, bringing together watch brands, enthusiasts, and creators from around the globe.
